The characteristics of a management job for example
needs very assertive, mentally strong and high leadership skills to take the
watch-dog like role of management in which a lot of problem solving, guidance
and advisory assistance alongside the team work, relationship necessities and
overall level of standards needed to make the role do-able as well as make the
team’s jobs being managed easier and less stressful to them mentally,
emotionally or physically.
